Brief Answer:
Get Ultrasound done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Ashutoshshweta. If the pain comes frequently then it could be Gastritis or Gall bladder stones. I suggest you should undergo an Ultrasound of Abdomen and Pelvis. If that is normal then you can give a trial of medicines called PPIs. I usually prescribe Tab Pantoprazole 40mg twice daily empty stomach for a month to 3 months. Do let me know the report of Ultrasound. If you dont want to take prolonged medicines then you can get an Upper GI Endoscopy done which will see your upper tract from inside and then treatment can be decided upon the report. Do let me know if there are any queries that I can help you with.
Take care. Dr Rishi, New XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
