Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
In such condition I would advice you to get following:
1. Chest X ray to rule out pleural effusion.
2. A Repeat Ultrasound and Liver Function test.
Till then you can take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone once a day.
This seems more of Muscular pain. Apply local volini gel over there and do hot fomentation.
Review with reports.
If you have any further query please ask me.
