Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are getting pain in Right testicle in the morning after exercise .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms like frequency ,burning ,urgency etc ?
2) Is there any swelling of testicle ?

In absence of any of these symptoms it can be likely to be due to pulled muscle as suspected by you .However it needs to be confirmed by clinical examination .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of Scrotum.

In the mean while take take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for five days .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Thank You for your reply.

No frequency in urination or burning or discoloration in my urine. My right testical feels the same as my left testical, no swelling of any kind or lumps, tender spots. I can perform a self examination by rolling my testical with my thumb and fore finger without feeling any pain what so ever. I do feel a pulse type feeling from my right testical on occasion that typically radiates towards my groin area. My seman is normal - no discoloration or pain. I do feel a little stiffness in my lower hip area. I am hetero sexual. I was diagnosed as being diabetic at my physical last December and recently had my Metform reduced to 500mg extend release from 500mg twice a day. I am also on metoprolol, lisnopril, pradaxa, tykosyn. I am not taking any type of antibiotics. My urine was recently tested for protien etc about 4 weeks ago when I had my metformin dosage adjusted.
