Question : hI EVERYTIME i EAT PORK MY LEFT SHOULDER ARMS ACHES TERRIBLY.

I am sorry you are having this problem. Given that you were prescribed Celebrex, I can I assume that you have some type of arthritis already?

Foods that are high in saturated fats can give trouble to some people, particularly those with arthritis, and pork and lamb are in that category. Try giving up foods with saturated fats in general, and see if that makes a difference.
