Brief Answer:
Dehydration following alcohol leads to muscle pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The Wine (alcohol) you drink makes you dehydrate and your muscles contract causing pain, it makes you release lactic acid like when you work out, and obviously that causes muscle pain.
Just drink lots of water and eat bananas that will get your body back to its normal levels and the pain should go away.
The mole behind ear is mostly benign (non serious), but needs observation for any sudden change in its size, shape or colour.
For lymphoma, my suggestion would be to have regular physical examination for enlarged lymph nodes, weight loss and if required by ultrasound.
Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Sudden increase in size of lymph nodes

Hi
It's good to see you
A sudden increase in size with pain in a lump (lymph node),which was painless earlier and weight loss a sign to be taken seriously.
Hope this answers your query.
