Question: My wife is 7 months pregnent, her right hand and shoulder is paining badly

There is no direct link between pregnancy an right hand and shoulder pain.

I will advise you to get an orthopaedic consult for her.

Also get a sonography to confirm ppregnancy is normal.

She should become fine.

Does she have history of any injury to the right hand?
