Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation and work up

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in shoulder going down the way to fingers is a radiating pain and should be considered for neurological causes like nutritional neuropathies, vitamin deficiencies, menopause related reduced bone strength or a compressive neuropathy like cervical disc compressing the nerve.

Get a doctor, let them run some labs and scans and sort it out. Meanwhile, NSAIDs, vitamin supplements with calcium and vitamin D and good balanced diet will help. Get evaluated as soon as possible.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
