Question : I have a lot of pain in my shoulders and arms, some diarrhea, eyes are red.

Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

1. The pain you feel in your shoulders and arms might be related to :
- spondyliarthrosis
- if you also have difficulty in breathing, cardiac issues to rule out through ECG, echocardiogram and stress test

2. you are reporting mild diarrhea. If you are not having signs of flu, food indigestion, gastritis or gallbladder issues as probable causes.

3. With regards to Red eyes , they might be due to :
- flu in case you have related signs
- allergy
- infection

I advise to :
- keep a good local hygiene
- rinse your eyes with chamomile tea
- take OTC ORS to replace the lost electrolytes through diarrhea
- drink plenty of fluids especially water
- take OTC probiotics
- OTC pain killers can help ease the pain

If no improvement within a few days, should consult with your physician for further evaluation.
