Question : Hi Doctor ,

I am deaf . I am feeling pain on right penis ball for the last two weeks and also feeling that the right ball is getting little bigger in size. Could you guys please help me to know the reason for it and solution to recover from it?. I am 53 year old .

It could be due to infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like Infection and inflammation of the right testis.
Colour doppler of the scrotum will confirm the diagnosis.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Cefuroxime tablet along with Anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
