Brief Answer:
If pain is present only on pressing, then this is normal sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. If you feel the pain only when you press the testicles then there is absolutely nothing to worry about sir. All men feel pain when their testicles are pressed because the testicles are a delicate and sensitive part of the male body.

It would be best and most advisable to avoid pressing the testicles as there can be no valid reason to do so. If you experience pain even at rest then please let me know, but for now, I do not see any cause for concern sir.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you sir.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Sounds to me like it could all be in your mind, but let me see

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.

I was just going to recommend an ultrasound examination of the region to find the cause, but if an ultrasound has reported a normal result, along with a Doppler scan, it does mean that all is well.

A Doppler helps to check on the blood vessels in the region, so if that reported a normal result then we can rule out an issue with the blood vessels in the region.

Do you have any of the below listed symptoms:

+Pain during urination
+Pain during ejaculation
+Abnormal discharge from the penis
+Blood in semen
+Swelling in the scrotum
+Swelling of lymph nodes in the groin region

I somehow feel it is all in your mind sir, but do let me know if you have any of the above symptoms, so I can tell whether this is an abnormality or not.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Explained point wise sir, please do follow up with the tests recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

1. The urination tightness can happen with men from time to time, nothing serious to worry about sir. But I think you should increase your hydration level, and also consume cranberry juice as tolerated to help.

2. I would recommend a urine sample and a semen analysis to be conducted sir, this will give us a better insight on what could be causing the pain

3. The description of your semen seems perfectly fine, but either way as I recommended above, let us go ahead with a semen analysis to check if there are any lumps being formed in your semen, which could indicate an abnormality.

I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further sir. In the meantime, do not hesitate to write to me anytime, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Perfectly normal sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Masturbation is perfectly healthy and should not be frowned upon based on the social stigma attached to it. Masturbation 4 times a week is in fact perfectly normal sir, you should be happy you are a healthy sexual male because this will for sure help you to live a healthy life once you are married and also have a healthy beautiful extended family one day.

Best wishes sir.

Answered by Dr. Shoaib Khan (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Could you tell me how many times you masturbate (maximum and average)?

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

I would first like to ask what you mean by over-masturbation (As in how many times have you masturbated that made you feel weak; just so I know what in your definition means over-masturbation sir)? Because it also depends on that; how many times do you masturbate in a day? How many times in a week?

Best wishes.

doctor
Answered by Dr. Shoaib Khan (10 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
This is perfectly normal sir, no consequences should result from this

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

This routine of masturbation about 3-4 times a week, is perfectly normal. Even if you masturbate everyday (i.e. 7 times a week), it would still be perfectly normal and not have any consequences whatsoever sir. You should not experience any side effects by masturbating these many times sir; trust me it is perfectly normal.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
