default
Posted on Tue, 13 May 2014
Question: Hi. I am XXXXX. My query is regarding the pain that i get in my testicles whenever i am unable to release pressure. I need to have a smoke at the same time so the pain would subside. This problem has started in the last 3-4 months, it has occurred about 7-8 times. I have been taking a fibre supplement "Cremadiet" to release the pressure. But the minute i stop it the problem comes back in 2-3 days.

Brief Answer: It is due to congestion of pelvic vessels. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in Testicles whenever you are constipated and gets relieved after taking Creadiet a (Bulk forming Laxative) . When one gets constipation the rectum is loaded with hard stools .This loaded rectum presses over pelvic blood vessels causing congestion of the organs supplied by these blood vessels including testicles..This congestion of the testicle is cause of your pain which gets relieved after passing the stools. Please modify your diet to avoid constipation. 1)It should contain leafy vegetables ,sprouted cereals, fruits and restrict junk foods, meat etc 2) Drink more water so as form soft stools. 3)Continue taking stool softener like Creadiet which you are taking now. 4) Regular moderate exercise will help to solve the problem of constipation to some extent. Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you Thanks and Regards. Dr.Patil.
