Question : I recently sat on my genitals. my my right one is is sore to touch left left one feels fine. I have pain in my right inner thigh every every time I life my foot about 5 inches off the ground
Brief Answer:
Needs to be seen by doctor ASAP.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are two possibilities.
First is you may have injured your testis with possible hematoma or haemo hydrocele formation.
Other more worrisome possibility is torsion of testis where testis rotates around its own axis and doesn't get back it normal position. This may partially or completely cut off blodd supply. So its kind of emergency.
Do see your doctor sooner. You will need an ultrasound and doppler of scrotum.
Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.

soreness is in the general area like the adductor longus
Brief Answer:
I assume there is no scrotal pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I assume there is no scrotal pain. And in that case it would be just muscle pull.
Simple oral painkillers should take care of this.
let me know if there is scrotal pain or not. Also how is the skin overlying the region of pain?
Regards.
