Question : Hi i have testicle pain for the last 3 weeks. Urine test results normal. Just some pus cells. Pain was more in the left testicle earlier. Now its equal in both.

No trauma as such. What is USG?

Hi, welcome to HCM,
USG is short form of ultrasonography. It is done by radiologist.
Also go for Urine culture as pus cells are present in routine examination. Some times prostate and epididymis infection are referred in testis.
Initial stage of Hydrocele (specially due to filariasis) also leads to pain.
