Brief Answer:
Possible irritation of the tendons or muscles due to repetitive movement.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

What you are describing seems like a possible tendinitis or muscle irritation due to repetitive movement.
I would recommend to avoid playing golf again for 1-2 weeks if possible, so you can give the time to the injured tissues to recover.
Take Ibuprofen regularly for few days and then as needed more then 1 week.
Apply local analgesic cream and massage gently 3-4 times/day.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor. If not better in few weeks, you may need to see a physical therapist too who can advise exercises that will strengthen the muscles that are weak, so this problem wont happen again in the future.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
