Lately I have been suffering from sore back and right leg, I do a lot of car driving in traffic, wanted to know if this is the cause of my problem or do I need to have a extensive check up to identify the problem. Please suggest.

Its because of extensive driving which leads to back muscle spasm.
Avoid long drives,
Regular physical activity and streching exercises for 30mins.
Apply sumo spray if you have pain.
