Probably muscle spasms, follow the advice below.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to muscle spasms.
It can be related to overuse of the muscles, electrolyte deficiency or dehydration.

-Have you done physical activity lately?

These are possible causes of your symptoms.

Some advice that I can give to you are :

-take painkillers like ibuprofen 400 mg 3 times daily
-apply anti-inflammatory creams to reduce the pain
-eat fruits that contain vitamin and magnesium
-stretching exercises can help
