Brief Answer:
Need urinalysis and ultrasound KUB

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to urinary tract infection but other possibilities like bladder stones or growth needs to be ruled out.

To start with, urinalysis and ultrasound KUB should be done and if needed detailed urologist opinion can be sought. Meanwhile drinking large amount of water and fluids alongwith citrosoda XXXXXXX and analgesics like acetaminophen can help.

If any signs of infection appear on urinalysis, antibiotics course and urine cultures may be needed. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.

Brief Answer:
You can send urine cultures and replace antibiotics accordingly

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing the feedback. So it turned out to be what we had suspected earlier. It's better to have a urine culture and sensitivity reports to look for exact causative bug and to look for the causative organism and to which antibiotics is it sensitive to? If any problem with antibiotics you are taking is experienced you can wait for the culture reports or discuss with your primary doctor to change the combination and Meanwhile keep drinking more water. Regards.
