Question : A dull pain in the centre, and very bottom of my rib cage, towards the front. Ive had it for the past four hours or so and not improving/getting worse. I have had it before, maybe twice this year.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.The pain could be of gall bladder or of stomach (gastritis) origin.It needs clinical and ultrasound examination to confirm. You may have prescription only drugs like tablet.Drotin 40mg

1.The exact location of pain and what makes it worse?
2.Do you have pain on empty stomach or after meals?
3.Any vomiting?
