Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The symptom she is having is suggestive of gastritis or acidity in simple terms.
It is a very common complaint during pregnancy.
Medications to combat it, include -
1. Gelusil or Digene gel - 2 tablespoons after lunch and dinner.
2. Tablet Pantop - D twice a day.
These should solve the problem.
Simple remedies practised at home may also help -
1. Avoid oily , spicy, greasy, fried food. Stick to simple, warm, home made bland food with less of chillies - khichdi, daliya, porridge , dal chawal etc.
2. Instead of 2 - 3 big meals, keep snacking every 2 - 3 hours.
3. Eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up.
4. Avoid lying down in the afternoon for atleast 30 minutes after lunch, and after dinner for 2 hours. Take a short walk after dinner.
5. Use pillows to prop up yourself when sleeping after meals.
6. Take a glass of chilled milk at night before going to bed.
7. Avoid eating outside in hotels or restaurants.
8. Avoid stress , tension and anxiety as it will worsen gastritis.
9. Please understand that gastritis is normal during pregnancy, and it will definitely improve as the first 3 months of pregnancy are crossed.
10. Use natural herbs and flavouring agents to add flavour to food instead of red or green chillies.
11. Some fruits such as apple, orange, lemon etc also can lead to acidity, so better to avoid them.
12. Take lots of fluids - water etc to avoid dehydration.
13. Simple soda or Eno also helps to alleviate the feeling of bloating and gassy sensation.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.

My wife is having constipation problem and it getting bad day by day. Can she do enema? Or can you suggest any medicine that is safe during pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Ask her to take a lot of liquids orally and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
That avoids constipation.
If that does not work, then she can take Gudlax Syrup 2 tablespoons at night daily.
That is safe.
Enema is not safe during pregnancy.
Take care.
