Question : My wife have a stubborn boil with inflammation at right buttocks for the past 15 days. She had 5 droxyl clave 500mg tablet but still the boil remains the same. She is unable to sit comfortably because of the pain caused by the inflammation. Can you please suggest any medication which can cure this? Please let me know if you need any further details.

As already spoken to you over the phone change the antibiotic to Mahacef XL and Tbact ointment for local application, these are available on prescription so get them prescribed by a local doctor.
