Brief Answer:
Gallstones can be the case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Does the pain appears after foods intake?
Your symptoms may be caused by acid reflux, gallstones or pancreas issues.
All this issues cause pain after foods intake, especially fatty foods or alcohol. You may have nausea with this issues as well.
Gallstones usually give sharp pain which is localized more on the right side.

I suggest you to have some tests done. Please start with abdominal ultrasound and blood work. You should also avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, coffee, alcohol. If you do smoke, try to quit.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
