Question : I'm having chest and back pain. I started being light headed then the pain started. It is not excruciating pain. Should I go to urgent care?

I have reviewed your information and there is no concerning symptoms such as excruciating pain or shortness of breath that may point to possible heart or lung disease. I think this is more of a disease of the soft tissue and muscles. I will suggest that you take Tylenol at this time: 650mg every 6-8hours for 2days.
