Question : I occasionally feel pain in chest in middle region between abdomen and neck. It's not severe but kind of burning usually at night. I feel comfortable If I drink lot of water or sleep. Not sure what's going on, can you please let me know if there is something to worry about? Any thoughts or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Chest pain with burning sensation appears to be due to reflux disease.

I will suggest you to get endoscopy examination to confirm that.

Meanwhile In my opinion you need a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole alnong with a prokinetic agent like domperidone half hr before breakfat once in a day. Please get them prescribed at local clinic.

Avoid tea coffee spicy and fatty meals
