Brief Answer:
Further diagnostics advisable

Detailed Answer:
Dear Patient,

a heart related issue for a women is less likely for a woman in your age, more likely this may be spine related or anxiety/ stress related. If someone with your symptoms comes to my office i would usually do the following:

1. Physical examination of heart, lung, spine
2. EKG to rule out heart issue (although unlikely)
3. Evaluation of life situation/ stress factors

Further measure will depend on the findings in above examinations.

Please discuss this further with your local family doc/ gp.

Best regards
