Brief Answer:
Nerve damage to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Total shoulder replacement surgery is considered a major operation and could result in nerves , vessels, etc. damage as possible complications.

Your symptoms seems to arise from nerve damage or compression so getting evaluated further by a Neurologist or your surgeon and by tests such nerve conduction study, EMG and probably by MRI of the shoulder is necessary to get a correct diagnosis.

Treatment depends on these tests results.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Kind regards.
