Brief Answer:
Tab. Ibuprofen, Vitamin B supplements and Capsidol cream.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Foot pain is common in diabetes type 2. It can be due to peripheral arterial disease or perpheral neuropathy.

I would suggest you to follow these home remedies:
- Wear comfortable closed-toed foot wear at all times. Don't walk barefoot even at home.

- Wash your feet with warm water and dry them up with towel.

- Check your feet regularly for sores and trim your toe nails.

- Stop smoking if you do.

- Good glycemic control. Healthy diet helps.

- Exercise for 30 minutes daily.

- Use analgesics such as tab. ibuprofen if sever pain.

- Take vitamin B multivitamin capsules such as Becosules or Nurokind plus to improve nerve health.

- Apply capsidol cream to your foot for pain relief.

In case your symptoms worsens or persists, I would suggest you to meet your treating doctor for a detailed examination and treatment.

I hope this answered your query.
