Brief Answer:
Respected Lynnehull,hi post-op.inflammation likely,require CBC,Ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Respected user,
hi
I evaluated your query thoroughly.

* This is not normal at all , this indicates underlying inflammation of intestines
which may be in form of developing abscess or terminal ileitis / caecitis not
resolved till now , post-op adhesions giving you such symptoms.

* In our clinic we recommend basic work up for Complete Blood counts , ESR &
Ultrasound of Abdomen & Pelvis as primary stage in this case.

* I would like to know certain details from your side for further comments :
1. date of surgery
2. onset of pain on which date with intensity, frequency , type , severity ,
radiating anywhere
3. how aggravated how relieved
4. any relation with food intake , associated nausea, vomiting , fever
5. bowel habits
6. menstrual pattern, LMP, any history of ovarian cyst
7. reports before surgery appreciable as a scanned copy in attachment to study
in depth the case thoroughly

Hope this helps you.
Awaiting for your details

Brief Answer:
Respected Lynnehull, seems underlying inflammation still present in abdomen.

Detailed Answer:
Respected Lynnehull, hi
* Possibility lies that you had secondarily inflammed appendix due to primary
condition involving some other organ in the body ; now your appendix is
removed by the surgery but may be possibility that you have pain, no
appetite , bowels not regular due to your primary underlying pathology
* Request you to get immediately CBC report with Ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis.
* Till then maintain your hydrations by taking as much liquids as you can .
* Don`t stress out , once the etiology is found you will be perfectly fit & fine as
per previous states.
Hope this clarifies further .
Welcome for any further assistance.
Regards.
