Brief Answer:
Can be muscle spasm or arthritis or bursitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in groin radiating to the vaginal wall can be related to a muscular pain or a mild inflammation in the hip joint or bursitis. Proper examination and investigations like MRI scan are needed for proper diagnosis. Till then you can take a mild pain killer and do a hot compress and if the pain persists then do get an oral muscle relaxant prescribed.
I hope this answers your query.
