Could be a number if causes.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic. Pain in the groin on both sides could be due to a number of causes. These include muscular strain or bilateral inguinal hernias. Less common causes would be enlarged lymph nodes, intestinal problems, urinary tract infection or possibly testicular problems. These are very varied causes and to help make the diagnosis, you would need to provide a little more information to your doctor who would likely wish to perform some bloods and possibly scans of the area.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
