Brief Answer:
Possible Diagnosis: Peripheral Neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic,

Painful and hot sensation in both hands and feet is likely to be due to Peripheral neuropathy.
Peripheral neuropathy is the damage to peripheral nerves resulting in decreased or altered sensation.

There are several causes of peripheral neuropathy like diabetes, Vitamin deficiency etc.

Physical and neurological examination, Nerve conduction studies, complete metabolic profile, ESR are warranted for further evaluation at this point.

Treatment of peripheral neuropathy is by correction of underlying disorder like Diabetes, Gabapentin (Neurontin) to help with the nerve pain. You can also apply Capsaicin cream to help with the pain.

Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider to undergo the required evaluation.
