According to the history given
For your left arm pain, you can take pain killers like ibubrofen/Diclofenac alomg with Tab Pantop or any antacids to prevent acidity.
Avoid spicy food, alcohol.
Drink plenty of water.
For cold take Tab Levocitrezine for 3-4 days.All these drugs are available with prescription. So meet the local doctor for the same
