Question : I was carrying 40 lbs of bird seed on Saturday into my house (and up 3 stairs). I fell in a funny way towards my left side, but did not spill the bird seed. Ha! Since then, I have a pain if I push on the left side of my left breast. I think I just tore or stretched something, but was trying to check the symptom tracker.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Based on your description, its most likely a muscle sprain. Ibuprofen alone should take care of it. 600 mg of ibuprofen can be taken up to 3 times a day. If the pain persist despite this then a cardiac cause should be ruled out.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
