Brief Answer:
Get An ECG done.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
It seems that she has got Cervical nerve compression causing pain in neck , shoulder which is radiating to arm and finger.
However always we rule in such cases possibility of Heart related issues and always get an ECG immediately to be sure this is not cardiac.
Cardiac pain is unlikely at this age but it's not that it doesn't occur.
So take her to a nearby Physician. Let him perform an ECG and if that is clear he would prescribe some pain killers and muscle relaxants to ease out the pain.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
