Question : I have a dull pain on my left side, had it for awhile, No diarrhea. Just above the hip area . what can it be?

You should get an Ultrasound abdomen.

Hi
Pain in the left side of abdomen could be due to Left sided Ureteric stone,Left twisted ovary .
Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
If it is normal, then the pain could be due to musculoskeletal cause.I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.

I had a pelvic ultrasound 6 months ago when I reported it to my dr. Would this of shown anything around my stomach? Thank you.
