What Causes Pain In The Left Testicle?

Question: My nephew hit me with 10 pound dumbbell in my testicle and my left testicle hurt me from like 3 days but i am shy to go and see doctor . and i noticed my testicles are moving without stop. i am not sure if there is swelling . i am not sure what how much the dumbbell weight but i think around 10 or 15 pound.and also about the pain i didn't notice it at first but now it hurt me more.i put some ice and i took fevadol but doesn't help so far.i forgot mention that my little nephew dropped the 10 pound dumbbell and hit me on my testicles while i am sitting.

You should immediately get an ultrasound of the scrotal sac.
You had injured it. Even if it is trivial injury the impact could be bad on testicle. the liquid that you are feeling could be lympgh or blood.
You shouldn't ignore it anymore.
Shyness cannot take over emergency.
So please get an Ultrasound scan to know the facts.

but i am now out side usa and my insurance work only in usa . can i wait until i come back there. and i don't feel any liquid as you mention. i just have pain

ok, but what should i do for the pain as not comfortable , the floating is not always therei remember another doctor before told me to take tylenol before when i got hit same position and after 1 to 2 week the pain is gone without going to the doctor . and the testicles looks like normal , thinking to try tylenol first and if the pain still there . i will go see the doctor . is fevadol the same as tylenol

You can take Fevadol right now for pain. you can take ibuprofen as well for pain as second option.
The other point if you had similar injury in the past you should get scan done to check for old injury.

Ok, but can i take with Fevadol with amlodipine and propranolol because i take amlodipine and propranolol regularly for blood pressure . i have old injury but i was feeling better before this injury .and how many tablet do i take for Fevadol or tyneol a day and how long do i wait to see if they help for the pain ?

Yes you can safely take Fevadol even on anti BP medicines like amlodipine.

You can take one tablet after each meal three times a day. This should control pain in couple of days.

I would like to ask also
I have chest discomfort comes and goes and in heart area for like 6 month now . I went 4 times to ER and I did nuclear stress test at rest and while running on treadmill , ECHO , EKG , chest x ray and two CT chest and all were normal. The cardiology want do last test CT coronary ango and he said if this test is normal means my heart is fine but i am concern about the radiation because i did many tests and the side effect of this test . Is it necessary to do this test ?I forgot to mention the chest discomfort always at rest

It's up to you undergo test or not. No one can force a test. The doctor has a role in decision making but final call is yours.
CT angiography is the most specific in such cases where ambiguity exists.
Chest pain at rest can be other causes as well be it lung, food pipe.... You may want to check them as well before last CT angiography.
