Question: Son has pain starting from legs. Pain moving up to waist. Tingling in hand. Has fever. What should I do?

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. However, I would be glad if you answer the following:
* How long has it been going on?
* Did the child achieve the developmental milestones properly at the right time?
* If an X ray of Lumbosacral spine (AP and lateral) has not been done, please get it done. Please share the report.
* Please upload any medical notes, if you have it.
Ideally a clinical examination is needed.

Give paracetamol to bring down the temperature. Also give tepid sponging.
