Question : Hello doctor, i just begas having pain in my lover back, it all started when just when i was in the car sitting with my legs and body rotated facing left. Then all of a sudden my back began hurting me. This happended before 4 days. I took aspercreme 3 times and everytime i use aspercreme i feel so much better. But before an hour i haad a so much pain in my lower back its my lower right back. Doctor is it just a muscle or what ? Please if u can answer me as soon as possible im worrying. Thank you

Hi,
Thank you for query.

I saw the message. You are having muscle catch. It happens in most of the individuals for sudden jerk movement.No need to worry, You can just use Sumo spray for local application along with hot fomentation which really helps you a lot.
You can also take muscle relaxants like Tab Myoril twice daily,but these medications are available only with doctor;s prescription.

If the pain is really persistant then take an x-ray spine.
