Question : male. pain on lower left side above gonads
He feels a knot and is in mild pain.

Hi,

You are reporting to have left side pain above gonads.

These symptoms may be related to:
- Severe constipation/IBS
- Inguinal (abdominal) hernia

If I were your treating doctor I would suggest doing:
- An abdominal ultrasound
- Colonoscopy if you are constipated for a long time.
