Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. A clinical examination is essential in identifying the cause of the pain. But from what I can make out from the details provided, the child most likely has gastritis. This often happens when children have long gaps between meals (especially with respect to the long gap at night, before breakfast). If that is the case, taking Lanzol Junior (lansoprazole) tablet once daily before breakfast once daily should help in taking care of the situation. She also needs to make sure to take small amounts of food (at least biscuits) at limited intervals (possibly every 2 hours). In case of pain, taking some antacid liquid should help.

Try the given suggestions. If resolution occurs, it is fine. If not, it would be a good idea to see a doctor.

Regards
