Question : Approximately 25 years ago had total hysterectomy with removal of both ovaries. Now I'm having pain on the right side, lumbar area. Over the past weekend I had a sudden discharge of clear fluid with some bright red blood afterwards. I am taking Levothyroxine because of having only half of my thyroid. Should I be concerned regarding discharge with blood following or could it be related to my thyroid medication?

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain in the lumbar area and blood mixed discharge can be because of infection, local lesions in the vagina including cancer.
The cause should be properly investigated and diagnosed after consulting an OBGYN specialist and further management should be done accordingly.
Blood mixed discharge is unrelated to the thyroid medications.
