Question : Hello this is a follow up for Dr Sharka as you know I have been smoke free for 1.5 years now I do about 4-5miles 5 times a week ans I do lower body and low weights I do have Costo ans fybro ans I currently have a cold my question is I have been sleeping on the couch and this morning I woke up and I had a pain in my middle sturnum and when I tried to move get up I felt it again after stretching and moving around it was a bit better no shortness of breath or anything could this be cardio related or perhaps my Costo ans sleeping position I also take mertazapine 7.5 mg and levithyroixine
