Question : I have pain in my middle chest at the bottom of my esophoges

I am so sorry to heart about this pain. Tis raises suspicion of gastritis. I will suggest you take 20mg of omeprazole daily. If this relieves the pain, then the diagnosis is confirmed. If it doesn’t, we may have to so an upper endoscopy to look into the stomach.
