Brief Answer:
Systemic arthritis or fibromyalgia are the posibilities.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

i have gone through your query. From your description of painful points it can be due to systemic arthritis or Fibromyalgia.
Doing blood routine examination including ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation) will be helpful to get signs. In case of systemic arthritis ESR will be raised. Cholesterol and uric acid level also should be tested as a high levels of these also can give such pain syndrome. Better to test vitamin B 12 and D3 levels if possible also.
Warm showers , taking NSAIDs like Ibuprofen and physical therapy ( muscle strengthening exercises) will be helpful to get relief from this.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
