Brief Answer:
Pinched nerve due to Cervical spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

It appears that you may be having pinched nerve at the back of the neck that is causing radiating pain to the limb.

Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. Avoid using thick pillow. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Take only Motrin and not Motrin and Aleve together, but not more than 5 days.

Get an Xray and MRI of the cervical spine to look for cervical spondylosis and pinched nerve.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
