Question : I have been noticing a slight pain in the shaft of my peins almost like pulled muscle pain. Noticed more when I urinate. Its not excruciating just noticeable and concerning. So I followed the shaft of my penis using pressure all the way to the base and further inside my body and can feel a small hard lump on the left side which seems to feel as if that's where the pain is coming from. Not sure if it is supposed to be there but I don't seem to feel it on the right side. The pain only started about a 3-4 days ago.
Brief Answer:
May be fibrosis of the tissues----
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to the forum.
Your description fits with what is called fibrosis of the part of the tunica ( tissue covering the erectile bodies of the penis)
You need to get examined for confirmation.
The initial treatment would be pain relievers and other medicines like vitamin E, POTABA etc.
Surgical treatment is necessary if it persists and if it interferes with sex due the bend caused by the disease.
Kindly get examined.
Kindly get back for doubts that you might have---
