Question : I am a female with pain from my right arm pit to the middle of the right breast.
What do you think is causing this? What might it be?

This pain start 3 days ago. No accident, but when I move my arm it is stronger pain. When I do not move my arm it is no pain.

From the history you have provided this looks to be myalgia of pectoralis muscle or inflammation of the structures nearby.
Please take an anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen if it suits.
Put the affected forearm in a sling to keep it rested completely.
Consult your Doctor for clinical examination and investigations if any to get a proper diagnosis and further management.
