get yourself clinically examined.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor. Since your pain increase in changing posture, it seems more likely a muscular pain. A painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with a muscle relaxant like Chloroxazone can be helpful in decreasing muscular pain. Hot fomentation and application of pain relieving gel locally will be helpful. But I would suggest that you should first get yourself clinically examined and investigated before starting any medicines.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
