                                    Brief Answer:
It is due to nerve compression in spine
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reply. I think your pain is due to nerve compression in spine. I have following suggestions for you.
1.You can get MRI of the spine to confirm the diagnosis. It will tell us how severe is nerve compression.
2.Take Pregabalin M at night time .
3.Make sure that your serum B 12 is normal. It can be low in Diabetes and can cause such pain.
4.Take muscle relaxant like myoril or myospaz for back muscle pain.
5. Weak spine bones are also cause of such pain. For this you should take 1000 mg calcium Daily and 60000 unit vitamin D per week for six weeks.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if you have any other followup questions.
thanks
