Question : I'm having pain at the far right side of my abdomen also having pain at my right foot at the inside area and the arch area.

Hi
Pain in the right side of the abdomen can be due to Appendicitis or Right sided Ureteric stone.Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.Please do not tale laxative without doctor's consultation as it may aggravate the conditions like Appendicitis, Intestinal obstruction etc.
Foot pain could be due to Plantar fascitis. Use good foot wear which has Soft sole and high heel.
Pain killers will give relief temporarily.
Please consult your doctor and proceed further.
