What Causes Pain In The Right Side Of The Chest?

Question: on the right side of my chest, just below the collar bone, I have had pain in that area when I try to
pick something up or reach for something. It has been 3 or 4 months with this pain. After the pain has subsided, I start belching, which is unusual for me. It feels like it could be a pulled muscle. I am
70 years old and very active.
